Both in CrossFit and in fitness training, our hands are exposed to the connection to the training equipment and thus to enormous loads. The cross equip Gymnastics Grips protect the slopes even during demanding workouts and combine the advantages of classic training gloves with those of magnesium.

 

Gymnastics Grips - light, robust and ergonomic

Our Gymnastics Grips are the tried-and-tested and reliable protection of the hands against calluses, skin cracks, pressure points and skin irritation with high repetitions. In addition, well-fitting gymnastics grips protect against slipping during demanding workouts with kettlebells and on the pull-up bar. This enables more intensive training for the target muscles.

 

Advantages over gloves and magnesium

Our Gymnastics Grips have several advantages over the use of gloves and magnesium powder or liquid chalk. Even though gloves provide excellent protection for the palms of the hands, they have one major disadvantage when it comes to pulling exercises and exercises that require grip strength. The material increases the diameter of the bar to be gripped significantly more than with thin Gymnastics Grips.

As a result, the forearms weaken earlier than the target muscles due to the higher demands on grip strength. At the same time, unlike many glove models, gymnastics grips do not wrinkle during dynamic exercises. This means there is no additional friction between the leather and the skin. The cross equip Gymnastics Grips offer almost the freedom from magnesium, but without the associated dirt.

 

What defines our gymnastics brains

The Gymnastics Grips available in pairs in our shop are made of high-strength PU leather. After a few entries, the material becomes soft and adapts ergonomically to the shape of your hands. At the same time, the width of 6.35 cm represents an optimal compromise between protective effect and functionality. The adjustable Velcro strap, which is attached to the wrist, ensures that the Gymnastics Grips always fit perfectly.

 

The right size for everyone

Our Gymnastics Grips, which are kept in chic gray, are available in three sizes for an optimal fit. To find the right size for you, all you have to do is measure the distance from your wrist to the base of your middle finger.

- S (up to a maximum of 10 cm)
- M (10 cm to 12 cm)
- L (over 12 cm)
