Cushioning and protection for your training

The HG CORE 15 Tile is a 15 mm rubber floor mat for gyms, home gyms and functional zones. At 1×1 metre it covers larger areas quickly. The mat absorbs impact, reduces footfall noise and gives you a non-slip surface. It suits medium-load areas – functional training, kettlebell work, bodyweight exercises or as a base for cardio machines.

Two-layer build for more quality

The difference to simple rubber mats: the HG CORE 15 has a two-layer build. The base of high-density rubber granulate provides cushioning and footfall-noise damping. On top sits a hard-wearing surface layer – dirt-resistant, easy to clean and durable. The result: a clean look, even after years of use. The material comes from recycled rubber – performance and sustainability in one.

The HG CORE 15 is the better pick if look and easy cleaning matter to you. The two-layer build with a top coat makes cleaning easier and keeps the floor looking fresh for longer. For pure floor protection without demands on the surface, the ECO CORE 15 is enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I drop weights on this mat?
Light drops are no problem. For regular dropping of heavy barbells we recommend thicker mats (20 mm or more) or extra drop pads.
What's the difference to the ECO CORE 15?
The HG CORE 15 has a two-layer build with a hard-wearing top coat. That makes it easier to clean and keeps the look fresh for longer. The ECO CORE 15 is single-layer and more budget-oriented.
How do I lay the tiles?
Just loose-lay them on the subfloor. With temperature swings, gaps can form – partial or full gluing helps against that.
Can I cut the tiles?
Yes, you can cut them to size easily with a sharp utility knife.
Do the mats smell?
New rubber mats have a slight odour at first. It fades over time, especially with good ventilation.
Are there matching edge pieces?
Yes, for clean transitions we offer the HG CORE 15 Corner (edge pieces) and HG CORE 15 Ramp (ramps).
