The HG Straight Bar is for anyone who trains on the cable machine daily. Tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, upright rows – at 50cm length you can grip shoulder-width or narrower. Thanks to aircraft aluminum, the bar weighs only 0.7kg – even at high rep counts you only feel the resistance, not the attachment. The sealed industrial ball bearings provide butter-smooth 360° rotation. That protects your wrists on every exercise, no matter what angle you pull from.
High-end build quality for continuous use
The CNC-machined knurling is just right: Grippy enough for secure hold, but not so aggressive that it tears up your hands. You don't need gloves. The chrome plating on aircraft aluminum is cleanly finished – you immediately notice this is not a cheap attachment. The standard carabiner fits all common cable machine systems. Just hook in and go.
