The HG V Handle is the classic for close grip cable rowing. The two separate handles allow a neutral grip that protects your wrists. You squeeze your back together, not your joints. Seated cable rows, lat pulldowns with close grip – wherever you want to position both hands neutrally. The grip spacing of about 15cm fits most athletes.Grippy and durable
