Never hit your feet again

The edge of the floor is flattened on the outer edges. This makes walking on the floor more comfortable and prevents tripping, as well as making the floor suitable for wheelchairs.

Dual layer rubber floor – resistant, easy to use, sustainable

The 25 mm thick rubber floor owes its robustness to its two-component structure. The basis is a 21 mm thick rubber granulate layer. This scores with ideal damping properties. This protects the floor from falling weights and at the same time reduces the impact sound in the gym, which makes for a much more pleasant training atmosphere.

The dual layer rubber floor is completed by a top layer of a 4 mm thick, sealed rubber granulate. The sealed top layer provides a fine, dirt-resistant and easy-to-clean training surface.

At the same time, the rubber floor is almost odorless and therefore also suitable for poorly ventilated and small training rooms. And best of all: since the rubber granulate used consists of the granulate of recycled shoe soles, the sports floor is also sustainable.

Important note: lay first, then clean

With a weight of 3 kilograms, the dual layer rubber floor already lies firmly on the ground. However, for optimal grip, we recommend gluing the sports floor firmly to the surface. Since it is not a roll product, but individual modules with an edge length of 25mm x 0.5m/0.5m x 0.25m cutting, laying and gluing the floor is child’s play.

As soon as the dual layer rubber floor is installed, it should first be cleaned thoroughly. In this way, the last residues from production can be reliably removed so that the sports floor can display its material properties as quickly as possible.

 

Maintain dual layer rubber floor

In everyday training, the rubber floor is exposed to high loads and is constantly confronted with sweat, magnesium powder and the remains of sports drink powders. In gyms and CrossFit boxes, cleaning should be done at least once a week.

After rough cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, a cleaning cycle with a soft mop is recommended. Warm water and a gentle soap are already sufficient here. Stubborn dirt, such as stuck chewing gum, should first be removed with a scraper.

Attention: Our dual layer rubber floor should not be cleaned with alkalis, acids, aggressive chemicals as well as alcoholic and acetone-based cleaning agents.
