Often the simplest things in life are the most effective. What Squats are for the thighs is the High Grade Peg Board for the upper body. The 240 cm x 30 cm x 4 cm large peg board is made of high quality plywood and is therefore ideal for the training load. This is not least due to the massive total weight of 19 kilograms.

At a height of 240 cm, the board has 35 precisely made holes that guarantee the greatest possible variety of movement when climbing. Thanks to their dimensions of 16.5 cm x 3 cm, the two wooden handles supplied are ideal for small and large hands and can be placed precisely in the holes.

 

Design a functional fitness course

A single high grade peg board is suitable for intensive climbing exercises as well as for various static and dynamic pull-up variations. The large climbing distance is particularly attractive for experienced climbers.

Secure the high grade peg board securely

Safety always comes first during training. For this reason, our peg board, which has six pre-drilled locking holes, comes with high-quality anchoring screws.

Important: Always check the load-bearing capacity of the subsurface before installation, since in practice there are usually well over 100 kilograms attached to the anchor. For more safety, we advise you to pad the area below the peg board with a suitable fall protection mat.

Tip: In order to penetrate particularly airy heights with our 2.4 meter long high grade peg board, the ceiling height should be at least 3.5 meters.
