Available in two sizes, the Hip Thrust Bench is a versatile and robust piece of fitness equipment designed for a variety of exercises. This bench provides a safe and soft training area, ideal for push-ups, hip thrusts, lunges, jumps and much more. The small version of the Hip Thrust Bench measures 60cm in length, 30cm in height and weighs 3kg - ideal for smaller people and limited spaces. The larger version is 90cm long, 35cm high and weighs 8kg, making it more suitable for taller people (over 1.80m) or people with a longer upper body in relation to their overall height. In addition, the Hip Thrust Bench can also be used as a stylish and comfortable seat at the end of workout repetitions in the gym.
Although the Hip Thrust Bench is primarily designed for lower body training and specifically for hip thrusts, its size and stability means it can also be used for a range of other exercises, such as chest presses or dumbbell exercises.
