Description
Same handling – whether 8 or 48 kg
The Hollow Competition Kettlebell keeps the same dimensions across every weight: 21 cm ball diameter, 3.5 cm handle diameter. Whether you start at 16 kg or push to 32 kg, the kettlebell always feels the same. You don't have to readjust your technique every time you change the weight. That makes the difference in snatches, clean & jerks and long sets, where every rep has to count.
On top of that, the handle sits close to the bell. The kettlebell hugs your forearm more tightly, you guide it cleaner along your body and lose less power. That means a controlled rack position, more reps, cleaner lifts.
Hollow cast – the weight stays true forever
Hollow means exactly that – there's a cavity inside. The lighter the weight, the bigger the cavity. That way every weight is spot on without any filler. This is where it differs from other competition kettlebells. Those are often made from a cast shell plus filler to hit the weight. Over time that filler can come loose – it rattles, the balance shifts. Ours is cast from a single piece of steel. After years in the box it still trains exactly like day one.

If you're serious about your kettlebell technique and want to step up through the weights cleanly, the Hollow Competition is the right pick. The cast iron version is fine for strength work – but it lacks the consistency you need for competition training.

Customer reviews
When I switched from standard kettlebells to competition, it was a different kind of training. Suddenly every weight feels the same and the technique just clicks. We've had the Hollow in the box for years – they don't rattle, they don't warp. They just work.
