Description

Cold-water recovery whenever you want

Cold bathing is a fixed part of many recovery routines – after a hard session, a competition, or just as part of the routine. The Ice Bath Tub brings that home, into your garden or onto your terrace. No fixed install, no plumbing: assemble the steel frame, inflate, fill with cold water, get in. Big enough for one person, with up to 300 litres of capacity. Ideal for athletes who want to take recovery into their own hands.

Steel frame for stable footing

Unlike a purely inflatable pool, the Ice Bath Tub stands on a steel pole frame – that gives solid footing, even getting in and out. The walls and rim inflate and sit firmly on the frame. The double-wall insulated walls of hard-wearing PVC, nylon and TPC hold the cold longer, so you don't have to top up ice constantly. Set up in a few minutes: assemble the frame, inflate it with the included hand pump – done. After that it breaks down again for storage. A repair kit is included too.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much water fits in?
Up to 300 litres. That's enough to immerse comfortably as a single person. How much ice you add depends on the temperature you want and the outside temperature.
How long and how cold should I bathe?
That's individual and depends on your experience. Many start with short sessions and build up. Don't overdo it – listen to your body and get out when it's too much.
Can I use the tub outdoors?
Yes. Garden, terrace or balcony – anywhere with a level surface. Thanks to the insulation, the water stays cold longer even outside.
How is the tub built – and is it stable?
A steel pole frame gives solid footing, and the walls and rim inflate with the included hand pump. Set up in a few minutes: assemble the frame, inflate, fill with cold water.
Who should not do cold bathing?
With cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy or other health concerns, check with a doctor first. Never push past your limits alone.
How do I clean and store the tub?
After use, drain the water, wipe the inside and let it dry before folding it up. That keeps it watertight and odour-free for a long time.

Customer reviews

Cold bathing has become part of recovery for many of us. The big advantage: no fixed install, no huge budget. Assemble the frame, inflate it, add cold water – and off you go, in the garden or the bathroom. For getting into cold-water training, it's exactly right.
