The right way into training
The Junior Training Bar is for everyone who wants to build technique properly without grinding out 20 kg from day one. With 10 kg plus 2× 5 kg plates you hit 20 kg total – the correct starting height for cleans and deadlifts. With a standard 20 kg bar you'd already be at 30 kg before you even start. That makes this bar the right call for beginners, youth and junior athletes, and anyone coming back after a break or an injury.
The 131 cm grip width instead of the 220 cm of a standard Olympic bar keeps things compact and agile on dynamic lifts – ideal for drilling clean movement patterns until they stick.
Quality like the big bars
This is no toy bar. The sleeves run on rotating bearings, so the plates spin with the lift – that takes the load off your wrists in cleans and snatches. The shaft has full knurling with no center knurl, which is kinder on the skin when the bar rests on your body, especially across high-rep sets. Dual knurl marks give you a reliable reference for hand placement. The 50 mm sleeves take any plates with a 50/51 mm bore – bumper, technique or cast iron.

Customer reviews
We originally bought this bar for our youth training, but it gets just as much use in adult sessions – technique days and return-to-training. It's more compact, more manageable, and you hit the correct starting height at a lighter load. You build clean movement patterns instead of fighting too much weight.
