The Multi Grip Bar offers many advantages over the traditional pull-up bar.

The Multi Grip pull-up bar offers a variety of grip options. So you can pull supinated, pronated, neutral, tight or wide grip. This allows you to train your back muscles in a variety of ways and, if needed, get your biceps more involved by using a tight under grip.

With all this functionality, the Multi Grip Bar also serves as a connecting element between two posts (uprights) and thus gives your rack more stability.
