The Nordic Strap is a versatile piece of exercise equipment that can be used for a variety of exercises, from Nordic curls (hamstring exercises) to abdominal exercises. With the eccentric Nordic Curl exercise, you can use your own body weight to improve your leg strength, balance and explosiveness and become more athletic.
This product can easily be used with any standard bench and is therefore very practical. The Nordic Strap is made of robust woven nylon fabric and measures 5 cm x 200 cm. It is suitable for forces up to 300 kg and has a strong metal buckle that allows easy adjustment for a perfect fit.
