The Advanced Set is for those who don't want to start from scratch. You get everything you need for Olympic Lifting, CrossFit or general strength training – in one package. The Multisports Bar is a true all-rounder: IWF and IPF markings for correct grip, 8 needle bearings for smooth rotation on Cleans and Snatches. Plus 150 kg of Bumper Plates in all relevant weight increments (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 kg as pairs) and solid Lock Jaw Collars. Together with the 20 kg bar you get 170 kg total weight – enough room to train seriously and make progress.Perfectly matched, ready to use

For most athletes in daily training: yes. If you're already moving significantly over 100 kg in Clean or Deadlift, you can expand the set anytime with additional plates.
Which Bumper Plates are included?
The black cross equip Bumper Plates – solid quality for daily use. If you want the colored High Grade Plates, you can buy those separately.
Is the Multisports Bar suitable for Olympic Lifting?
Yes. The 8 needle bearings ensure smooth rotation on Cleans and Snatches. The IWF markings show you the correct grip. The bar is an all-rounder for Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and WODs.
Can I expand the set?
Absolutely. Additional Bumper Plates, Change Plates or a second barbell can be added anytime.
