Kinesio tape is part of my training like chalk and thumb tape. When I have issues I tape my knees or shoulders – and the tape has to hold, even when I go into a WOD afterwards and am completely drenched in sweat. The Performance Tape sticks reliably. After 2-3 days I change it, but it would last longer. For box owners: volume discounts on request if you want to offer it for your athletes.
