The Connector Plate links two Pivot Arms into one system. The biggest benefit: You use the combined weight of both pulleys in a single exercise. Instead of needing a separate machine for Lat Pulls or Front Rows, you simply pull both sides together. Saves space, saves money, and makes your setup way more versatile.
