What makes training with resistance tubes so special

Anyone training for the first time with training tubes will quickly notice the difference to training with classic dumbbells. In contrast to iron training, the elastic resistance ensures permanent muscle tension without dead spots.

While the load and muscle activity fluctuate during conventional dumbbell training, these factors remain almost the same with this product. This not only ensures that the tension in the muscles is maintained, but also that more muscle fibers are recruited over a longer period of time.

The advantage is particularly evident in the eccentric movement phase. After all, muscle fibers are addressed here that are otherwise neglected. The result: a greater growth stimulus, even muscle training and improved inter- and intramuscular coordination.

Robust, safe and versatile

Our resistance tube set consists of five tubes with different resistances from 1.5 kg for light rehab training up to 12 kg for intensive muscle training. The tubes made of durable rubber are covered with high-strength fabric and are extremely robust and durable.

While the resistance in conventional rubber tubes changes depending on the elongation, this remains almost unchanged in our tubes. At the same time, the tubes with the integrated carabiners can be securely fastened almost anywhere using loops or door anchors. The comfortable handles ensure optimal safety and support during training.
