Safety Arms – solo training without the risk
No training partner around, but heavy squats or bench press on the plan? The Safety Arms reliably catch the bar when you can't get it back up. Set them at the right height in your rack – just below your deepest squat point, at chest height on the bench – and push to your limit without needing someone next to you. The 70 cm length gives you room for different stance widths and grip variations. In a Box or studio setting, they catch the bar in failed lifts before anyone ends up under the load.

The Safety Arms are built for cross equip A-Line squat stands, power racks and rigs – they fit cleanly into the 17 mm hole pattern and reset to any height in seconds. No tools, no fiddling. You get two arms per set (1 pair), matte black, powder-coated. The steel handles daily use – Box with multiple athletes per hour or home gym with the typical squat-bench rotation. With the arms at correct height, even a full missed lift just means resting the bar on the arms, slipping out from under, and resetting for the next attempt.
