Description
One set for all pulling exercises – more ergonomic than any straight bar
The ergonomic cable grips feature a neutral grip position – your palms face each other instead of forward or backward. This takes significant stress off your wrists and shoulders compared to a straight lat bar. The set includes three lat pulldown grips in different widths (wide, medium, narrow) and two V-grips (large and small). Wide grips emphasize the lats, narrow grips recruit more biceps and rhomboids. This way you cover lat pulldowns, rows, tricep pushdowns and face pulls with one set – whether in the box, your PT area or home gym.Rubber coated, solid, universally compatible
The grip ends are rubber coated and give you a secure hold even with sweaty hands. Attachment works via an eyelet – important to know: a carabiner is not included, you need one separately. The grips fit any cable machine, pulley or functional trainer that uses a carabiner. Just clip in and go. The lat pulldown grips are solidly built and made for daily use in a box or gym.Technical Specifications

Ergonomic Cable Grips (neutral grip) vs. Straight Lat Bar
| Criteria | Ergonomic Cable Grips | Straight Lat Bar |
|---|---|---|
| Grip position | Neutral – palms facing each other | Pronated or supinated |
| Shoulder stress | Lower – more natural joint position | Higher – shoulders more internally rotated |
| Wrist stress | Lower – neutral wrist position | Higher – fixed rotation |
| Grip variations | 5 widths in one set, different angles | One width, fixed grip |
| Exercise variety | Lat pulldown, rows, triceps, face pulls | Primarily lat pulldown |
| Muscle group focus | Variable – wide for lats, narrow for biceps | Rather fixed at wide |
If you want versatile cable training while protecting your joints, the ergonomic cable grips are the better choice. The straight lat bar has its place – but for variety and ergonomics, the set wins clearly.

Customer reviews
Since we added the ergonomic cable grips to our cable stations, barely anyone reaches for the straight lat bar anymore. The neutral grip just feels more natural – especially when you're doing high volume work. And with five different widths, you don't need a collection of individual grips anymore. One set, done.
