The slam balls available from us consist of a robust outer skin made of a special rubber mixture, thanks to which the slam balls do not mind a lot of powerful slams from head height. The big advantage of slam balls filled with sand is that, unlike non-specialized training equipment, they offer maximum energy absorption.
This ensures that the balls do not bounce back even if they hit the ground hard. The bottom line is that it not only makes training more comfortable, it also protects the floor and minimizes training noise in the CrossFit box. The resistant outer material is also robust and easy to clean, which gives the cross equip slam balls a long service life.
