For explosive slams and conditioning
The Slam Ball is for anyone who wants to unleash maximum power – without the ball bouncing back at you. You lift it overhead, smash it into the floor, grab it, repeat. No rebound, no uncontrolled hopping. That's exactly what makes it ideal for conditioning WODs, EMOM workouts and explosive finishers. With weights from 5 to 75 kg you'll find your level – from an easy cardio entry point all the way up to a heavy Atlas Stone alternative in strongman training.
Tough rubber shell for the daily training grind
The filling of sand and iron pellets is the heart of it. The iron pellets make for a denser ball with an even deader bounce – impact energy gets swallowed completely instead of springing back at you. On the outside sits a special rubber compound that takes intense daily use. Slams from overhead? It handles them. The build keeps your floor protected and the training noise low. Chalk off, sweat wiped, done – the Slam Ball is made for hard work.

For floor slams with full power output, nothing beats the Slam Ball – sand and iron pellets make it brutally dead on impact. The Wall Ball is your pick for wall ball shots against the wall. And the classic PE-class medicine ball? It has little to do with modern functional training.

Customer reviews
Slam balls are one of the most direct ways to really go all out. No technique like in Olympic lifting, no restrictions – just let your full power out. We use them in our box for conditioning finishers and as an Atlas Stone alternative. The heavy versions from 45 kg up are brutal, but exactly the right thing when you want to push your limits. For HYROX prep or as a cardio killer in between – you can't go wrong with the Slam Ball.
