Description

Get a taste of Strongman/Woman air

The Strongman Wagon Wheel weight plates with their oversized design are specially designed for partial deadlifts. With a diameter of 66cm, they are significantly larger than conventional weight plates (45cm) and make it easier to lift heavy weights by eliminating the low, bottom starting position.

Each plate weighs 30kg, providing a heavy base weight for your workouts. The plates are made from a high quality rubber compound, the inner chrome plated solid steel ring is fully cast and has an internal diameter of 50.5mm.

The oversized plates have a total diameter of 66cm (26 inches), making the bar approximately the same height as if it stood on traction blocks approximately 10cm high. This height positions the bar perfectly for partial range of motion deadlifts, ideal for taller athletes, athletes with back or knee problems or powerlifters looking to work on their lockout.
