The Thick Grip strength trainers are made of rubber and can be easily and quickly mounted on any standard barbell. The rubber handles can be easily slipped over the barbell handles thanks to the opening cut on one side. This temporarily increases the handle diameter to over 5 cm and allows you to train like with an axle bar. The Thick Grip can also be mounted on a pull-up bar. In both cases, it is important to ensure that the opening faces in the direction of pull. This prevents the Thick Grip from being pulled off the bar.
