What makes the cross equip weight vest so special

Our weight vest is equipped with ten narrow pockets on both the front and the back. Depending on your needs, these can be equipped with different weights. No matter whether it's just a little extra weight or a full load of up to 20 kilograms. That doesn't matter, because the compact 1 kg kilograms can be changed in no time at all. Thanks to stable Velcro fasteners, the weights hold reliably in the vest, even during intensive training.

 

Dimensionally stable and ergonomic

Weight vests have several advantages over other additional weights during training. Thanks to the shape of the vest, the additional mass is attached close to the body. This ensures an optimal load on the target muscles, as for example no force is lost for pinching a dumbbell between the legs. In addition, our weight vest offers maximum freedom of movement for intensive workouts.

With the integrated Velcro system, the cross equip weight vest can be adapted to every torso for an optimal fit. Whether narrow ladies' waist or wide men's breast, that doesn't matter. Quick-release buckles allow the weight vest to be put on and taken off quickly. Simply put it over your head, fasten the belt and off you go.

 

Versatile training with the weight vest

A weight vest is made for intensive bodyweight wokrouts and sweaty sessions in the CrossFit box. Starting with pull-ups and push-ups, dips, farmers walks and burpees to various box jumps and squat variations, the training assistant leaves nothing to be desired. Classic strength training is only part of the training options.

A weight vest is also ideal for short and crisp interval sprints and other forms of circuit training. It can even be used sensibly in everyday life and endurance training.
