  • Weightlifting Straps – More power for heavy lifts

Who does not know it? During deadlifts, heavy rowing or a chin-up challenge, hands and forearms give up before your back is at the end. Our weightlifting straps eliminate this limiting factor and ensure that you can get the most out of yourself even with heavy weights and many repetitions. Weightlifting straps, also known as pulling aids, are part of the equipment arsenal for powerlifters, cross-fitters and fitness athletes.

    What distinguishes our weightlifting straps

The cross equip pulling aids are made of high-strength cotton and have a sewn loop with which they can be comfortably looped around the wrist. The 55 cm long and 4 cm wide cotton straps are wrapped around the barbell in a few simple steps. As soon as weight is applied, the weightlifting straps tighten automatically, so that the hands are firmly attached to the bar.

The painful hook grip is also a thing of the past. Since the strap ends are carefully sewn, the pulling aids last half a training life.

    More power with pulling aids

The correct use of pulling aids relieves the hands and forearms. This allows you to move more weight and do more repetitions during training without your forearms sagging and your fingers opening. Pulling aids are the ideal support to break through performance plateaus, achieve new top performances and targeted muscle stimuli without setting the limits of the forearms.

At the same time, pulling aids make it easier to maintain clean technology, even with heavy weight. But be careful, because the relief of hands and forearms hardly trains the grip. Weightlifting straps are not suitable for beginners either, as they tempt you to exercise with too much weight too early. It is not for nothing that the limited grip strength acts as a form of self-protection for the body.
