Our workout journal - always at hand
Our workout journal is not a simple table book, but the result of many years of experience in the fitness area. There is enough space on 76 pages for detailed information on 152 daily workouts. For most athletes, our workout journal offers enough space for an entire training year.
The specially designed tables are optimized for entering the workout of the day and ensure that all important information is neatly stored. The high-quality ring binder also ensures that the workout journal is always available ready for entry during the workout. The ring binding also makes it easier to handle with training gloves and forearms trembling with effort.
