The forearm trainer - Simple but effective
As simple as this device is, as effective it is. A handle, a robust and durable rope and a receptacle for weights is all you need for a hard and exhausting wrist workout.
Commercially available weight plates with a bore of 50 or 51 mm (not included) fit on the receptacle.
All you do is loosen the carabiner, put on the weight you want and then roll the pulley up and down.
When doing the exercises and movements for the first time, it is recommended to start with a light weight to prevent injuries.
ATTENTION: The Wristroller comes without weight plates -
