  • Our cross equip Yoke - the chameleon among the training devices.

    With our massive Yoke, the name says it all, because the training device is nothing other than a yoke with which oxen and horses have been moving heavy loads for thousands of years.

    It's no wonder that the yoke has long been one of the central disciplines in the strongman world, because the training promotes core strength and functional fitness like hardly any other piece of equipment. But that's not all: thanks to its versatility and adjustability, our training yoke can be used not only for strongman exercises, but also for classic strength training.

    A heavy-duty training partner

    The heavy-duty metal frame already has an inherent weight of 100 kilograms. This makes it a challenging training partner in itself. At the same time, the solid tubes and screw connections ensure a high maximum load during training.

    Thanks to the four plate receptacles, the cross equip Yoke also offers more than enough room for an intense workout and record attempts. In addition, the 138 cm deep yoke features the skids necessary for strongman training.

    Note: The 50 mm loading pins are compatible with all Olympic weight plates.

    The cross equip Yoke - as individual as you are

    With its width of 123 cm and a height of 225 cm, our Yoke is a mighty apparition. This means that even very tall athletes beyond the 2-meter mark can use the equipment to its full extent without any problems.

    Between Strongman Yoke and Squat Stand Alternative

    Thanks to the versatile adjustability, the yoke is not only suitable for heavy strongman carries. Especially tall athletes can easily perform heavy overhead exercises.

    Alternatively, you can combine our yoke with a training bench and even perform exercises like bench presses on it. And the best part: With a few simple steps, the improvised squat stand can be transformed back into a classic strongman yoke.
