In physiotherapy or rehab training, the fixed bar path is invaluable – you load exactly the structures you want to load, without the bar drifting off. For targeted hypertrophy work, tempo sets, or squat variations with a tight focus on the target muscle, the guided bar adds real value. The safety stoppers (rated up to 300 kg) catch the bar reliably – you can push to the limit, even when nobody's around to spot you.
