    What our Ab Mat is all about

    An Ab Mat is a training mat that consists of a flat and a rounded side. Our lightweight Ab Mat is made of lightweight, but at the same time dimensionally stable foam rubber, which on the one hand offers optimal support for the back and on the other hand provides comfortable padding. Thanks to the covering with black synthetic leather, the cross equip Ab Mat is not only visually timeless, but also impresses with its high resistance to sweat and mechanical loads.

     

    What are the benefits of training with an Ab Mat?

    In practice, the Ab Mat lies on the ground with the flat side, so that a kind of hill is formed with a higher and a flatter side, the higher curvature pointing towards the buttocks. This increase means that the range of motion (ROM) extends the range of motion of the abdominal muscles due to the additional extension.
