Want to protect your training area without launching a big project? The ECO LITE 6 Puzzle tiles are your entry point. Just lay them out, click them together, done. The puzzle interlock holds rock-solid – no glue, no tools. At 0.5 × 0.5 metres per tile you stay flexible: lay out as many as you need. Perfect for cardio, stretching, mobility or as a base for lighter exercises.
Recycled material that makes sense
The tiles are made from recycled SBR rubber granulate. That saves resources and gives the material a second life. At 6 mm thick they're ideal for areas with lighter load – home gym, hobby room or cardio zone. For heavy drops and Olympic lifting you need thicker mats, but for everyday use these tiles do their job reliably.

Not everyone needs the pro floor right away. For a home gym where you do cardio, stretch or work with kettlebells, these tiles are plenty. Quick to lay, look tidy and protect your floor. For heavy stuff I'd go thicker – but for getting started they're great.
