Wall-mounted cable station – the compact entry for a home gym

The Single Wall Pulley brings full cable training into your home gym without a freestanding cable tower eating up half the room. The cable station mounts flat against the wall and reaches only 15 cm into the room at 64 cm wide – the slim, space-saving alternative to it. One weight stack is all you need when you train solo. You set the resistance in 2.5 kg increments from 2.5 to 60 kg – fine enough for clean progressive training, strong enough for serious building. Lat pulldowns, cable rows, triceps pushdowns, face pulls and core work all run directly.

Powder-coated steel, quiet pulleys, almost fully pre-assembled

The frame is powder-coated steel and built for continuous use – it handles daily training, not just a few weeks. The pulleys run clean and quiet, no rattling, no squeaking. The system arrives almost fully pre-assembled; you hang it on the wall and get going. Important for the wall mounting: you need a load-bearing, solid wall and the right fixings – that depends on your wall structure. Handles are not included; standard cable handles and ropes with a carabiner attach directly to the system. It ships in a wooden crate measuring 50 × 80 × 210 cm, delivered by freight forwarder, and won't fit in a normal car.

Are handles included?
No, handles are not included. The system is designed for standard cable handles and ropes with a carabiner – you simply clip them in. That lets you use accessories you may already have, or put together exactly the handles that suit your training.
How is the system delivered?
Almost fully pre-assembled in a wooden crate measuring 50 × 80 × 210 cm. The crate won't fit in a normal car or standard courier – delivery is by freight forwarder. Plan the delivery and a path to the setup spot accordingly.
Can I mount the system myself?
Yes. Since it arrives almost fully pre-assembled, the main job is the wall mounting. It's much easier with two people, because the system is heavy and bulky. You need a load-bearing, solid wall and fixings to match your wall structure.
Will the system fit under my ceiling?
At 201 cm tall it fits most rooms. Measure first – and remember the transport crate at 210 cm long needs its space too.
