The Hex Dumbbell Set 2.5–30 kg covers the full range – from light warm-ups and rehab work with 2.5 kg to heavy strength training with 30 kg. 12 pairs in 2.5 kg increments give you the complete spread: dumbbell press, bent-over rows, single-arm snatches, Turkish get-ups, lunges, goblet squats, biceps curls, triceps extensions, renegade rows – the right weight for every exercise is always at hand. The hexagonal shape is the key difference to round dumbbells: the dumbbells don't roll away after you set them down. You focus on the next set, not on chasing a rolling dumbbell. Plus: renegade rows and push-up variations work on hex dumbbells because they sit stable on the floor.

Each dumbbell has a solid cast-iron head with a virgin rubber jacket – new rubber without recycled content, barely smells, doesn't grease, doesn't leave marks on the floor.
