The HG Flat Bench is the high-grade version of our flat bench – built for boxes, studios and gyms where equipment gets hammered every day. The wider pad (28 cm) gives you more surface area for stable bench press, dumbbell rows, flys and everything else you do on a flat bench. At 40 cm seat height, it fits most racks. And when you need to move it – transport wheels and a knurled handle make it easy.
Build quality that makes the difference
What sets the HG Flat Bench apart from a standard flat bench is in the details. The pad is sewn in and secured – not stapled or clamped. That lasts significantly longer, especially when different athletes train on it every day. The logo is debossed, not printed – so it won't wear off. The base uses three contact points with an X-design: a long beam on the floor at the head end and a single foot at the front. That saves space, gives you leg room for exercises like tricep kickbacks – and still won't tip.
