The High Grade Change Plates are for those who take accuracy seriously. Whether you're preparing for competition or want clean progressions in training – with only 10 g tolerance per plate you know exactly what's on the bar. The IWF color coding makes identification easy: you see at a glance which weight you're grabbing. From 0.5 kg to 5 kg all increments are available, so you can progress in 1 kg steps – exactly what often makes the difference between stagnation and a new PR.Built for daily use
The metal core is coated with durable rubber. This protects your barbell from scratches and reduces noise during training. The 50 mm bore fits all Olympic barbells – standard for Olympic lifting, powerlifting and CrossFit. We use these plates ourselves in our box, at competitions and in daily training.
