Precision for competition and training
The High Grade Change Plates are for everyone who takes their cleans, snatches and deadlifts seriously. With a weight tolerance of just ±10 g per plate, you train at competition level – whether Olympic lifting or powerlifting. The fine increments from 0.5 to 5 kg let you progress in clean 1-kg steps. Exactly what you need when a new PR is just half a kilo away. The colour coding follows the official IWF scheme and shows you at a glance what's on the bar – no searching, no guessing in the middle of a WOD.
Built for daily use
The metal core is wrapped in a heavy-duty rubber casing. It protects your barbell from scratches, dampens the noise when loading and unloading, and handles daily box use with ease. The 50 mm sleeve matches the Olympic standard and fits every Olympic barbell – CrossFit, Olympic lifting or powerlifting. We run these change plates in our own box, day in, day out. They take whatever you throw at them. Explore our complete Strength Training Collection to build your ideal training environment.
