Description
Nordic curl attachment with two fixing points
On a nordic curl you kneel under the roller and lower yourself forward – your lower legs push up against it, with the full leverage of your torso behind them. The HG Leg Roller is built as a nordic curl attachment and takes that force on two pins running through the upright 10 cm apart. That is the difference to a roller sitting in a single hole: instead of tipping, the attachment braces against the profile above and below.
Beyond nordic curls the roller holds your ankle for sissy squats, the rear leg for Bulgarian split squats and your legs for back extensions – everything you would otherwise need somebody to hold your ankles for. Honest about nordic curls: almost nobody controls the full descent straight away. Hang a band in the rack and take the assistance out over the weeks.
Hand-tightened, moved in under a minute
Fixing is done with two knurled knobs – thread them in, tighten, done. No hex key, no spanner. Between the mounting plate and your upright sits a nylon plate: no steel rubbing on steel, so your rack's coating stays intact exactly where you reposition most often.
The padded roller measures 42 cm at 13 cm diameter – noticeably thicker than a standard roller, which spreads the pressure over a larger area. It is built for our A-Line racks and rigs: 75 x 75 mm profile, 17 mm holes, 5 cm spacing.

If a whole body regularly pulls on the fixation – nordic curls, heavy sets, class use – take this one. For occasional use the Leg Roller with its slot-in mount is enough. If it should stay in one spot permanently, the Fixed Leg Roller is the simplest answer.
