The High Grade Adjustable Bench is built for training floors where equipment takes hundreds of reps every day. Flat and incline bench press, dumbbell presses, Arnold Presses, incline flys, single arm rows, skull crushers – this bench handles all of it. The backrest adjusts in 10 positions from 0° (flat) to 75° (steep). On top of that, the seat has 3 stages, so on steep angles you don't slide down. Every kilo of force lands in the lift, not in holding yourself in place. The bolt-lock mechanism is robust and the angle change between sets is quick. And when you want to move the bench, transport wheels are built in – tilt, roll, done.

We built this bench with 3 mm steel tubing, heavy-duty bolts and cleanly finished weld seams. The result: 51 kg own weight. You feel it in the first set – the bench stays put, no matter how hard you press. No wobble, no creaking, even when you're hanging on 50 kg dumbbells in incline press. The frame is designed for up to 350 kg total load. The cover is sweat-resistant artificial leather – wipe sweat off, done, no stains. We've had this bench in our own Box for years, every day, used by multiple athletes. It still looks like day one.

The High Grade version is for training floors where the bench is used daily by many athletes – CrossFit Boxes, athletic studios, personal training studios. The extra material pays off in longevity. For home gyms with moderate use, the Standard version is more than enough.

With 51 kg own weight and 3 mm steel, the High Grade doesn't wobble, doesn't creak, and after two years it still looks brand new. The 10 adjustment positions cover every exercise we program.
