Description

Order for large dumbbell ranges

If you run a lot of weight steps you know the problem: dumbbells pile up on the floor, nobody finds the right pair, and after the WOD everything lies scattered around. The Long Storage 3er Dumbbell Rack gives every pair its spot. Three long shelves at 178 cm wide take a broad range – from the light pair to the heavy one, all in a row and within reach. At 115 cm tall the rack stays low enough for rooms with low ceilings or a basement box. It is built for studios and boxes that need more capacity than a compact setup can give.

Powder-coated steel, freestanding – part of the storage system

We built the rack to handle everyday box life: dumbbells dropped back into place and three fully loaded shelves every day. Powder-coated steel takes it and wipes clean easily – chalk and sweat off, done. The rack stands freely in the room, so there is nothing to drill into the wall. The base plates have holes if you want to anchor it to the floor, but you do not have to. And because it is part of the Multifunctional Storage System, you can add more shelves later or combine it with kettlebell and plate modules. The dumbbells shown in the photo are not included in the set.

Go for the Long if you want to store a broad dumbbell range across many weight steps. For compact setups or tight spaces the Short version with 100 cm shelves is plenty.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many dumbbells fit on one shelf?
That depends on the diameter of your dumbbells – heavy steps are thicker, light ones slimmer. As a rough guide each long shelf holds around four to five pairs of mid-size hex dumbbells; more with light steps, fewer with very heavy ones (40 kg+). Across all three levels that adds up to roughly a 12- to 15-pair range – depending on your weight mix. Treat it as orientation, not a fixed guarantee.
What is included in the set?
Two short side posts (115 cm) and three long dumbbell shelves (178 cm). The dumbbells shown in the photo are not included – you order those separately to match your range.
What is the difference to the Short version?
The shelves are wider: 178 cm instead of 100 cm. That fits a considerably larger range per level. The Short version is the compact option for smaller setups, the Long the wide one for studios and boxes.
Can I expand it later or combine it with KB and plate modules?
Yes. The rack is part of the modular Multifunctional Storage System. You add more shelves or combine it with kettlebell and plate modules as your equipment grows. Get in touch and we will help you plan it.
Does it fit into a low room?
At 115 cm tall it slides under any low basement ceiling. For the footprint you need 178 cm of width and 35 cm of depth – measure it out first and leave a little room for loading.
Do I have to bolt the rack down?
No, it stands freely in the room. The base plates have holes in case you want to anchor it, but that is optional. All you need is a level surface and even loading.
Do I need special tools for assembly?
No. The components are matched to each other and go together with standard tools – stand up the posts, hook in the shelves, done.
