Description

One bar for every discipline

The Multisports Bar is the barbell for everyone who wants one bar that simply does it all. Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, functional fitness or classic strength training – doesn't matter. The bar has both IWF and IPF markings, so you always grip in the right spot. The knurling is aggressive enough for heavy lifts, but won't shred your hands during high-rep sets. Perfect for WODs, perfect for strength sessions.

Built for decades

The 8 needle bearings deliver smooth rotation on cleans and snatches – your wrists will thank you. 200,000 PSI spring steel, 650 kg load capacity. This bar delivers on its promise. Maintenance? Not needed. No disassembly, no oiling. Just wipe off chalk and sweat after your session – that's it. Buy once, use for decades. The Swiss Army Knife of barbells – and hard to beat on value.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to maintain the bar?
Not really – no disassembly, no oiling. What helps: wipe off chalk and sweat after training. That keeps the bar fresh and comfortable in your hands. That's all you need.
What's the difference between Black Zinc and Stainless Steel?
Black Zinc is the standard – neutral, tough, fits any setup. Stainless Steel gives you a more natural grip because there's no coating. Some prefer that, especially for heavy pulls.
Can I do Olympic lifts with it?
Yes. The 8 needle bearings deliver smooth rotation on cleans and snatches. The IWF markings show you the correct grip position.
Is the bar suitable for powerlifting?
Absolutely. IPF markings are on it, load capacity is 650 kg. Squats, bench, deadlifts – no problem.
Why not a competition bar?
Our competition bars are built to exact IWF or IPF specifications – optimised for one discipline. The Multisports is the all-rounder: both standards in one bar. For training – whether in a box or home gym – the Multisports is the more versatile choice. If you focus on one discipline, the specialised bar is worth it.
Who is this bar for?
For anyone who wants a barbell that handles everything. CrossFitters, home gym owners, box owners who need solid bars. One barbell, one decision, done.

Customer reviews

CrossFit is versatile – cleans, deadlifts, thrusters, all in the same workout. You don't need five specialist bars, you need one that handles everything. The Multisports is exactly that. I train with it myself, at home and in the box. The knurling grips, but won't tear your hands apart during high reps. The rotation is smooth. And it just keeps going – for 12 years now, without a single defect. If you only do powerlifting or only weightlifting, I'd recommend the specialised bar. But if you train functional and want a barbell that can do it all: this is it.
