In contrast to many other barbells available on the market, our multifunctional barbells are standardized in terms of weight and dimensions and have only minimal manufacturing tolerances. With a weight of 20 kg and a length of 220 cm, the barbell bar made of high quality spring steel exactly meets the requirements of the International Weightlifting Federation (IMF).
The 8 needle-bearing recordings ensure that the weights can rotate during training quickly and with minimal resistance. This protects the wrists and also ensures an absolutely smooth movement and optimal load distribution during Clean & Jerk training.
- A less aggressive knurl ensures good grip, but also enough comfort for high repetition. Thus, the barbell is suitable for training at home as well as for professional use in the gym or the CrossFit Box.
- Our Multisports Bar 20 kg is equipped with the standard Weightlifting Association (IWF) markings for optimum grip positioning on Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
