The optimal care for the NBR yoga mat

A gentle cleaning agent or cleaning spray with disinfectant properties is ideal here. In the private area, a cloth with lukewarm water is sufficient. A more thorough cleaning is only necessary a few times a year.

Note: Cleaning the exercise mat too often can negatively affect the grip of the non-slip surface.

After wiping, drying is the order of the day. If, on the other hand, the mat is rolled up while damp and not rolled out for a long time, mold stains and mold can form.
