Description
Three sizes – and that's not the same as three resistance levels
The set holds all three sizes of the Stoff Hüft Band: S in blue (33 cm), M in red (38 cm), L in black (43 cm), all 8 cm wide. Worth knowing: these are sizes, not resistance levels. Which one fits you depends on your body – S under 60 kg, M between 60 and 85 kg, L from 85 kg or from 1.80 m.
You put the band around your thighs and the pull forces hips and glutes to work: Glute Bridges, Clamshells, Monster Walks, Banded Squats. Or as a warm-up before you get under the barbell.
When the set pays off
The set is the right call in three cases. When several people use the same equipment – a couple, a family, a home gym with training partners. When you work with changing clients, in personal training or in your practice, where a different body is in front of you at every appointment. And when you want to vary the resistance on purpose: one size down gives you more tension on the same exercise, one size up more room to move. With all three bands you have that choice in every session.
Cotton instead of rubber
All three bands are made from a robust cotton weave with elastic fibres worked into it. On your skin you notice the difference from pure rubber bands right away: no pinching on your leg hair, no sticky feeling when things get warm.
The 8 cm width spreads the pressure and holds the band in place. Narrow rubber bands like to roll up during Monster Walks and creep upwards – that doesn't happen here. A light stripe runs on the inside, our logo is woven in on the outside. After training all three go into the wash.

If you train alone and know your size, the single band is all you need. As soon as several people work with it, or you want to vary the resistance on purpose, take the set. If you want to progress through real resistance levels, the Stoff Mini Bands are the better route.
