Racking in and out on the Swiss Line rack
The Swiss Line J-Hooks are the barbell rest for your Swiss Line rack. You slot them into the row of holes, the pin at the top secures them, and from there your bar sits at whatever height the next lift needs. Back squat low, bench in between, rack pull up high – moving them in the 5 cm pattern takes a few seconds, with no tools at all.
The real difference sits in the second plastic rest. One lies in the cradle and takes the barbell. The second sits in the mount against the upright. Meaning: no metal on metal – neither on your bar nor on your rack's coating. Exactly where you reposition most often.
Fits the Swiss Line – and nowhere else
These hooks belong to the Swiss Line: 80 x 80 mm profile, 17 mm holes, 5 cm spacing. Within the series they fit everywhere – racks, rigs, squat stands. The Swiss Line is made in Switzerland, from the engineering through to production.
Not compatible is the A-Line with its 75 x 75 mm profile. Five millimetres of difference, and the hook no longer sits snug on the upright – for that we have the J-Hooks. So what counts for you is one single measurement: the width of your upright.

Measure up and the answer is settled. An 80 x 80 mm profile means Swiss Line, 75 x 75 mm means A-Line – then take the J-Hooks. These are not quality grades, they are two parts for two systems.

Customer reviews
The email we get most often about rack accessories starts with 'sorry, it doesn't fit' – and it is almost never the part, it is that somebody ordered by series instead of by measurement. Ever since I worked that out, the first thing I ask in any consultation is the profile width. Two minutes with a tape measure saves you a return and a lost training weekend.
