The Adjustable Dumbbell replaces 15 individual dumbbells in one compact unit. From 2.5 to 24 kg you cover the full home-gym range: light mobility work with 2.5 kg, classic curls or lateral raises at 5–8 kg, heavy presses, rows and lunges at 16–24 kg. The selection system is simple: place the dumbbell into the storage tray, set the side dial to the desired weight, lift the dumbbell out. The mechanism locks in exactly the right plates automatically – the others stay in the tray. Seconds to switch instead of minutes spent loading plates – on drop sets, supersets or between exercises, that's a real difference. Important: one dumbbell is included per unit. For bilateral training (bench press, rows, lunges), order two.

Is only one dumbbell in the package?
Yes, you get one Adjustable Dumbbell plus the storage tray. For bilateral training (bench press, rows, lunges with a dumbbell in each hand) you need two. That's standard for adjustable dumbbell systems and gives you flexibility to scale up.
How fast can I switch weights?
In seconds. Place the dumbbell into the tray, turn the dial to the desired weight, pull the dumbbell out – done. No comparison to manually swapping plates and securing them.
Does the mechanism hold up to regular training?

How is the grip sized?
3.8 cm diameter – the classic dumbbell standard, comparable to studio dumbbells. Sits cleanly in the hand, including higher rep counts and pressing variations.

For functional training in the Box, I still recommend hex dumbbells – they take dynamic movements, you can set them down, you can grip them in plank position.
