    When it comes to the best exercise for building a strong back, there are usually no two opinions: Of course, we are talking about pull-ups that work the back in its various variants at every conceivable angle. With our wall pull up system, the way to the broad cross is only half as far. Thanks to easy installation, our wall pull-up system creates additional training options in the CrossFit box as well as in the home gym.

     

    A stable system for a stable back

    If you want to do pull-ups, you need a stable training device. The wall pull-up system made of high-strength steel fulfills exactly this purpose. The system for wall mounting is as ingenious as it is simple, because with just six screws, the 130 cm wide, 91 cm deep and 61 cm high construction can be securely attached to the wall. The necessary screws are included in the scope of delivery. Our wall pull up system is not only stable. Our wall pull up system is very stable and resistant.

    Important: Notes on assembly

    For safety during training, assembly is the be-all and end-all. Not every surface is suitable for assembly. While reinforced concrete and solid masonry ensure optimum hold, lightweight walls or walls with wooden cladding or plasterboard are not suitable for installation. The use of suitable dowels ensures an optimal fit. To be able to train reasonably and without injury, the mounting height is also crucial. There should be at least 30 to 40 centimeters of space under the ceiling above the pole.

    Due to its width of around 120 cm, the pull-up system is suitable for all types of pull-ups. Whether classic pull-ups, wide pull-ups with upper grip, wide chin-ups or tight pull-ups in the grip below for additional bicep focus - there are no limits to the training options. Apart from that, the wall pull up system is also suitable for gymnastics and core exercises such as hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises and Co.
