The system behind our product names.

HG or ECO? PRO CONNECT or CORE? 15, 25 or 40? In two minutes you'll understand how our rubber floors are built.

We named our rubber flooring range so that you can read off the product name what you get. No riddle, no arbitrary codes. Every name consists of four parts – and every part stands for a specific property.

How our product names are built

Example HG PRO CONNECT 25 Tile
1. Line (HG) Quality grade – High Grade
2. Series (PRO CONNECT) Usage profile – robust + plug-in connection
3. Thickness (25) Material thickness in mm
4. Shape (Tile) Product shape – floor tile

The three lines

  • HG (High Grade) – our premium line. Dual-layer build with a finer granulate mix (with an EPDM share) as the top layer, longest service life, clean look.
  • ECO (Economy) – our budget line. Recycled rubber, robust basic quality, pragmatic for home gyms and areas with lower usage frequency.
  • TURF – artificial turf surface. For sled push, sprint, agility. Combinable with HG PRO CONNECT 25.

The five series

  • HEAVY (40 mm) – maximum damping through mass. For heavy drops and Olympic lifting.
  • PRO (25 mm) – robust standard thickness. Laid loose.
  • PRO CONNECT (25 mm) – PRO with plastic connectors underneath the tile. Rock solid connection, removable without residue. Ideal for rented premises.
  • CORE (15 mm) – medium thickness. Optimal for cardio, class and physio rooms.
  • LITE (6 mm) – lightweight surface. For Home Gym Family, temporary areas, cardio.

The five shapes

  • Tile – floor tile (50×50 cm or 1×1 m).
  • Puzzle – floor tile with puzzle edge, connects without tools.
  • Roll – rolled flooring, for large continuous areas.
  • Corner – corner, for the outer corners of the floor area.
  • Ramp – ramp, for step-free transitions.

HG – the premium line

Our HG products are built dual-layer: a fine-grained, dense top layer of granulate mix with an EPDM share on a solid recycled rubber core. Finer than the coarse-grained ECO build – you feel it on the surface and see it in the clean look. That means: clean, even and good-looking on top – solid, damping and durable underneath. HG is the right choice if your floor is in use every day, if the demands on looks and hygiene are high and if you're planning for the long term.

Available as HG PRO CONNECT 25 (Tile, Corner, Ramp) and HG CORE 15 (Tile, Puzzle, Corner, Ramp).

ECO – the pragmatic line

ECO is not a cheap product – it's the right choice if your use case doesn't strictly need the premium finish. Recycled rubber with a coarser structure, robust construction, sound damping for standard use. You see and feel the difference to HG, above all on the surface – but the damping and protective properties are barely behind the premium product.

Available as ECO HEAVY 40 Tile (heaviest damping), ECO PRO 25 Tile, ECO CORE 15 (Tile + Puzzle) and ECO LITE 6 (Puzzle + Roll).

TURF – artificial turf for push, sprint and agility

TURF PRO CONNECT 25 has the same base as HG PRO CONNECT 25 – same connectors, same height – but with artificial turf on top instead of a smooth top layer. That means: you can lay a sled zone, a sprint lane or a prowler area right next to your HG floor. Same level, no step, no trip hazard.

The 25 mm ramps from HG PRO CONNECT also work at the TURF edge – so you can create step-free transitions between TURF, HG and the rest of the room. One system, all combinations.
