The compact way into barbell training
The A-Line Squat Stand is for everyone who wants to work seriously with a barbell without putting a full power rack into the room. Squats, bench press, overhead press – and on top of it the 106 cm Single Junction Bar as your pull up bar. The J-hooks are included, so you start right away. On a footprint of just 121 x 121 cm the stand sits firmly and still leaves you room to work. You pick the height to match the room: 180 cm for low basement ceilings, 220 cm as the standard, 240 cm if you want to hang fully extended on pull-ups.
Part of the A-Line series – never a dead-end buy
The stand is built from black powder-coated steel with a 75 x 75 mm profile and 3 mm wall thickness – the same system dimensions as our racks and rigs. The 17 mm hole pattern at 5 cm spacing is identical across the entire A-Line. In practice that means: safety arms, a dip attachment or a storage upright for your plates can be added later without replacing anything. When your setup should grow, you simply hook on more A-Line modules. You start small and build out step by step – exactly at the pace that makes economic sense for you.

If you train in a moderate range or with a partner, the squat stand is plenty – it's the leanest way into the A-Line system. Going solo on heavy sets? Take the version with safety arms straight away. A full power rack pays off when you have the space and want protection on all sides. All three stay in the same system – switching never means starting over.
