Leg extension attachment for leg curls and preacher curls
The rack is in place, but there is no room for a leg extension machine and a leg curl machine. Or no budget. That is exactly the situation the Leg Extension & Curl Attachment is built for: you mount it on one upright of your rack, load weight plates onto the plate holder and train three exercises on it. The leg extension works the front of your thigh, the standing leg curl your hamstrings, and the preacher curl is where your biceps come in.
For the leg extension you sit on the pad, with the roller in front of your shins. For the leg curl you stand next to it, hold on to the pad and bend one knee against the roller. For preacher curls you rest your upper arms on the pad and take the two angled handles – so the attachment also does the job of a preacher bench.
Set to your legs, made for A-Line racks
To get the roller where it belongs, you slide it along a sleeve with holes and tighten the knob. Where the lever arm starts is set on the hole disc with pop pin: pull the pin, move the arm into position, let the pin snap in. The load comes from the weight plates you put on – they are not included.
The attachment weighs 62 kg and fits uprights with a 7.5 x 7.5 cm profile – that is the A-PEX Rack, our A-Line rigs and the CPR power racks such as the CPR-150.

Customer reviews
A leg extension machine and a leg curl machine quickly eat up the floor space in a home gym that you would have needed for the rack. With this attachment you use the upright that is already standing there. For most home gyms that is the more sensible answer than two extra machines.
