The continuous 1 kg increments make the set strong for beginners, rehab and any exercise where precise progression matters – shoulder press, lunges, light curls.
Chromed, grippy and neatly stored
Under the mirror-finish chrome surface sits a solid steel core. That gives you compact dumbbells that sit well in the hand and still look like day one years down the line.
