Our Wall Ball - tough training equipment for everyone
We all know the wall ball or medicine ball from school sport. But this all-round talent is included in CrossFit as well as Ropes, Boxes and Kettlebells. The third version of our Wall Balls is the latest evolution of the medicine ball.
Compared to the predecessor models, we have optimized the equipment according to the wishes and needs of the CrossFit community. Thanks to the reworking, every Wall Ball retains its round shape and optimal weight distribution even after a long exposure.
Multifunctional equipment for intensive training sessions
A medicine ball is a versatile training tool that must not be missed in any fitness center or CrossFit box. But also in rehabilitation training and in athletic training Wall Balls play their benefits. The training with the Wall Ball follows a natural movement and promotes not only the strength but also the condition and coordination.
Numerous CrossFit exercises provide an effective whole body workout, in which besides thighs, shoulders, arms and core also small auxiliary muscles are trained. One of the most effective exercises is the Wall Ball Shot, which is perfect for training endurance and explosive power.
But this is only the beginning, because with a wall ball you can also implement several other intensive exercises that promote muscle growth and fat burning. Including push-ups on the medicine ball, negative push-ups, triceps dips and lunges.
