Description

Seven bands – and the width tells you which one

This set is the full range of our latex free line: seven bands, from red at 10 mm to orange at 80 mm. In between sit black (20 mm), purple (30 mm), green (40 mm), grey (50 mm) and blue (60 mm). The wider the band, the more pull – you read the strength straight off the colour.

Roughly grouped: red, black and purple are the warm-up and mobility bands. Open up the shoulders, get the hips moving, start the session properly. Green, grey, blue and orange are what you reach for when you want real tension – as pull-up assistance, or as added resistance on squats and pulls.

The resistance grows as the band stretches: light at the start of the movement, clearly there at the end. And two bands together give you an in-between step that no single colour covers.

For anyone who needs more than one strength

A single band is enough as long as the same person is always hanging off it. In a box, a physio practice or personal training, that's rarely the case. One athlete needs the narrow band for shoulder work, the next one the wide band for assisted pull-ups – and neither should have to wait.

That's what the set is for. Every strength is on hand, so you choose by exercise and by person instead of by whatever happens to be lying around. In a home gym it's the easier route too, as long as you don't know your strength yet: you work your way through them instead of guessing.

The whole set weighs 2.16 kg and fits in a sports bag. If you travel to your athletes, you carry every strength with you – without filling the boot with equipment.

Latex free – and you can see it on the band

All seven bands are made of high-strength, latex-free rubber. With a latex allergy, that's what makes working with a resistance band possible at all. Without an allergy, you won't notice a difference in training.

Every band is printed with "LATEX FREE" and our logo. Sounds like a detail, but it's useful day to day: when bands from different sources hang side by side in the box, you can see at a glance which one you can hand to an athlete with an allergy. No guesswork, no asking around.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which seven strengths are in the set?
Red (10 mm), black (20 mm), purple (30 mm), green (40 mm), grey (50 mm), blue (60 mm) and orange (80 mm). Width is strength: red pulls the lightest, orange the strongest. That gives you the complete line in one go.
The set or just a single band?
If you know exactly which strength you need, the single band is enough. As soon as several people are working with it – box, practice, personal training – or you're still looking for your strength, the set is the more practical choice.
Which strength do I need for assisted pull-ups?
That depends on your bodyweight and your strength. As a rule you start somewhere in the medium to wide range and work your way towards the narrower bands over time. With the set you have both here and can step down one band at a time.
Can I combine two bands?
Yes. Two bands together give you an in-between step that no single colour covers. In the set every combination is on hand anyway.
What does latex free actually get me?
With a latex allergy, it's what makes training with a resistance band possible at all. Without an allergy, you won't notice a difference in training. Handy on top of that: every band says "LATEX FREE" – in a mixed collection of bands you can see straight away which one you can pass on.
What are the narrow bands good for?
Anything that builds range of motion: banded shoulder circles, hip openers, activation before your first working set, stretching at the end. In physio work those light strengths are in constant use – one reason the set is at home there.

Customer reviews

Almost everyone grabs a band one step too wide the first time. On a pull-up you feel it straight away: the band carries you and you're barely working. With the set that first guess doesn't matter – if the pull-up gets too easy, you hook on the next one down. That's exactly why all seven hang side by side in our box.
