Lat pulldown with a neutral grip – and overhand on the same bar
The Revolving 24'' Lat Bar has two sides to it. At each end sits a D-shaped handle inside a bracket: that's where you grip wide and neutral, with your palms facing each other. In the middle are two grip zones for the classic overhand grip. On the lat pulldown you can move between a wide neutral grip and overhand without changing bars. It measures 72 cm overall, across both brackets.
When the 24'' is the right pick
The 24'' pays off if you want to alternate between neutral and overhand on the lat pulldown without owning two bars. It's made of steel and hangs from a revolving center. If all you're after is the wide overhand grip, the longer Revolving 48'' Lat Bar gives you more width – though it has no neutral handles.
