Row handle for seated rows and close-grip lat pulldowns
The Low Pully Bar is a seated row handle with two parallel grips set in a metal frame. Your palms face each other and your hands sit close together – exactly how you hold on for seated cable rows at the low pulley. Clip it in up top and it turns into your handle for the close-grip lat pulldown. That gives you one handle for everything you pull in tight and parallel towards your body.
Rigid and simply built
There's no swivel on the Low Pully Bar: two grips, one frame, one tab to clip into – that's every part there is. The grip zones are textured. Right at the end of the pull, when you squeeze your shoulder blades together, you want a clean grip. If you want to pull wider and still neutral, the Revolving 24'' Lat Bar with its D-handles is the one. For single-arm rows there's the Single Grip Rotating Handle.

Pulling towards you – seated rows, close-grip lat pulldowns – is exactly what the Low Pully Bar is built for. Pushing down? Then the Triceps Press Down Bar fits better: the flat plates at its ends keep your hands on the grip.

Customer reviews
If most of what you do at the low pulley is close-grip rowing, you don't need a complicated handle. The Low Pully Bar does exactly that – and it doesn't have to do anything more.
